Hermes (hiit)

Love HIIT training, but sick of being just another number in a class? This is HIIT training but with a more personal touch.

Many HIIT classes are filled with large numbers, and this makes it difficult to correct technique and give added support. Apollo will be keeping our classes intimate, so you will receive the benefits of HIIT training and support from a professional at the same time.

Classes will be cardio and body weight based with the use of concept 2 rowers, assault bikes & more.

Zeus (PUMP/strength)

If you are seeking the benefits of resistance training but you prefer to train in a group setting, then our Zeus class maybe right for you. Pump training incorporates barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells and other functional equipment to get your body feeling good.

You will build muscle and strength through different ranges of motion, and an added bonus this class is only 40 mins, making it a great way to jumpstart your day.

SHIVA (Yoga)

Vinyasa Flow,

Vinyasa is a creative and dynamic form of yoga that uses breath to link physical yoga postures. Each class is different and postures are sequenced in a way that promotes flexibility, strength, and muscle tone.

Yin Yang,

Yin yoga focuses on calming the mind and nervous system, poses are held for longer periods of time, and breath work is encouraged. These classes are designed to be slow-paced with some dynamic movements to warm the body.

aero (spin)

Looking to improve your cardiovascular fitness and leg strength? Our spin bike class is 45 minutes of high energy exercise in a fun group environment.

The class will run through musical tracks that target the different heart rate zones, a mixture of slower sustained efforts, short sharp sprints and high resistance climbs. This class is perfect for any fitness level looking to supplement their weight training with some low impact cardio or sweat out the weekends indulgence!
